The owner is awful to the teenagers at the middle school across the street during the school year. A real Karen, with a matching haircut. Threatening kids for riding skateboards or bringing a dog. The 9 hour long cover-band performances are obnoxious (and awful) to residents. Inconsiderate, selfish owner. Great historic place. Rude owner, loud events.

It's a lovely day to spend outside at the park

I lived across the street at 335 3rd, st..we had dance lessons and danced in the park put on a great show. Was anyone else there at that time? Also, went to William Alexander Jr Hi (PS 51) Great memories
