I moved to Keller about 8 months ago and of course started to research about nail salons. I saw the good reviews for this place and decided to try it out. I have not been anywhere since. The employees are very nice, the service is great, and my nails always come out so good. I’ve told my friends about it, they tried it out and said the same thing. I would highly recommended. Also love how they always refill my wine right away ha! At my last visit I had a broken nail that was in pain. They took such good care of me. So thankful they took care of me.

First I would like to start and share the positives of this place and why I did give them 2 stars. The staff here are very friendly. The pedicures are great! Also the Colors they have for Dip are AMAZING!!! Now the negative unfortunately.. Not all the nail techs are experienced. The first time I came here I had a wonderful nail tech. But both my nieces did not. They were burned and their nails filed down too far. So I came back a second time to see if I wanted to keep coming back. (Finding a great nail salon is hard, sometimes great techs, but not a great selection of colors, and vice versa).. I got Dip as usual. But, this time I was cut many times and even bled on her tools. My nails were trimmed down too far, and she used her tools at a high speed. If I had to guess I would say this is why the sides of my fingers were cut and why it felt like she was burning my nails off. My fingers were very sore all day yesterday when i left the salon. My nails are not smooth and I asked to make them thicker because my job requires me to be rough with my hands. She did not. She filed down my nails to make them thin again. Some even have humps at the top. To spend $50-60(including tip) on getting my nails done every 2 weeks, I do have expectations. I was very friendly even through all the pain. I don't believe in being mean. But seriously, it was the worst experience so far.. I'll include pictures so yall can see. The pictures are taken today (the day after i got them done) so they could have time to heal a little and the redness could go down. I'm very disappointed. I wish I could love this place. The colors alone make me want to keep going back. But for the pain and unevenness of my nails, it's not worth it. I'm sorry. Maybe in the future I will try again.

First time getting my nails done here and I was very impressed!! They were busy, but they didn't rush through and gave my nails really good quality service. Professional, great value and quality! And they did my nails and toes at the same time which is ALWAYS a plus!

I really enjoyed my pedicure yesterday! I'd give that service 5 stars. However, my nail tech rushed through my dip powder service once his client arrived for her appointment. The pictures might not show the detail. However, my nails are a little bumpy and the quality is not great. I noticed the quality of my nails once I made it home and looked under better lighting. Typically, this is my favorite place. I should have been given a different nail tech since my tech had an appointment scheduled close to my arrival. Again, I enjoyed my pedicure and that service was great.
