Chris and Amy run an excellent establishment. Their prices are consistent with the type of devices received. I have been coming here for 15 years. I drive an hour to get to them and will continue to do so.

In my venture to find a nail salon that was closer to my house than the previous salon I used, I stumbled upon Q Spa Nails. One of the things I was searching for was a person who could implement the design I wanted. I always seem to come away disappointed when I go in with a specific idea. After reading the reviews, it seemed like a good place to try. Boy, was I sorely disappointed. Upon sitting down to get my nails done, I was asked if I'd brought my own nail filer. To which, stunned, I replied hesitantly "no". She asked if it'd been a while since I'd been there, as if somehow I should know to bring my own nail filer. I told her this was my first experience here, so she informed me it'd be $2 to purchase a filer and nail buffer from them. It's bewildering to me that a nail salon would require you to provide your own supplies, I liken it to a restaurant requiring you to bring your own cutlery. Ok fine, I'm already here, let's proceed. I showed her a picture of a design I wanted which included hombre nails, and the ring finger baring a design. She talked me out of getting the little pearls on the ring finger, which I'm not mad at. But... I didn't get the hombre either, so I was disappointed with the overall outcome. This brings me to my second complaint... the price. I've never been to a nail salon that charges you based on the length of the tip you add to your nails, how many designs you do on how many fingers, etc. Now, I don't necessarily mind paying extra, if I'm being given some magical service, or provided with some sort of extra. If I'm getting the same quality nails that I can go down the street and pay about $15 less for, then what is my reasoning for returning to this salon? I didn't even get cuticle oil. I got some half hearted scrub down on my hands that lasted about 30 seconds. Bottom line, as nice as the staff was, and as pleasant as the aesthetics were, I don't think I can justify paying $70 (tip included) for nails that don't wow me. Mind you, these are short nails. I can only imagine how much more I would've had to pay if my nails were long.

The prices have skyrocketed! I paid $60 for a dip full set and didn't even get the colors I requested. They did an amazing job with my nails and nailed the shape. However, within 2 weeks all of my nails were lifting. Never will I pay that much again when I can go anywhere else, pay $40, get the colors I pick and they last 3 plus weeks!

I’ve been coming to Q Spa for years. I’ve tried other new fancy places with all of the drinks and fancy atmospheres but I always come back to Q Spa. No one does as good of a job. The massage is the best (not just rubbing my legs). They are also so nice and welcoming. Will never go anywhere else.

I think I've asked them this once and maybe the answer was yes but I would call them to make sure
Starts at $35 and yes, they do designs.
30 to 35. I do the dip better than acrylic
I'm not sure on that one but they have everything and do everything so I would imagine yes
