The lady nail tech with turrets was not gentle, I’m leaving with gunk all underneath my nails. They were filed very unevenly and I asked for a layer of white underneath to make the neon color pop without having to be so thick. She just said “no”. Wasn’t offered a beverage either. Much classier places around town to spend your money.

I absolutely LOVE this salon! The only salon I go to in Fort Worth! Their prices are about average for the area. I don't even have to make an appointment because every single tech in the building is awesome! I have been going to this salon for years and never have had a single bad experience. Always clean, professional, relaxing and personable. The techs are so nice and fun to be around. I took my boyfriend here for his first pedicure. He had the best first experience and loves to go back... I recommend getting the Jelly pedi that comes with a massage - you will be so relaxed afterwards! I recently went in for "birthday nails" with no real idea of what I wanted expect something party-ish...She made them soooo cute and even did me a "birthday bling nail"! I love them! I will never to go any other salon besides this place!!!

I use to come here all the time for a pedicure and I recently started getting manicures and twice now they have made a mess of my nails and rushed through the job, I may not have much knowledge on manicures but I know for sure they messed …I am so sorry about the bad experience you had with us.
