I come here frequently and the service has always been consistent. This time however, it was not. I paid $50 for a pedicure and was in and out in less than 30 mins. It was extremely rushed with little to no massage. I still had wax from the paraffin dip on my feet when I left. The man was careless and completely uninterested. (Very short in stature, and had short spiked hair that I think was bleached.) After years of being a frequent customer here I will not be returning. Customer service should be more important, especially when there is a nail shop on every corner these days.

My sister in law recommended. I sat for one hour and a half for no reason. I was planing on getting a full set on my toes with gel finish and full set acrylic on my hands with gel finish. First red flag the technician told me it was too expensive for me. Second red flag he ran hot water tossed some kind of bath salt in the water and walked off. After the first 45 min and the water getting cold I decided on maybe just the toes. But then after a hour and a half and 3 customers that came in after me I just got up and left. When I went to put my shoes on the guy tried to Finally approach me. I recommended going across the street to VIP Nails and Spa!!!
