Went as agency n its the worse facility n staff is rude n won’t help and they give you an assignment of 25+ residents . It was the worse experience I ever had. Never again

Worst facility I ever worked at. They expect you to do two assists by yourself, if the nurses dont like you, they will try everything to get you in trouble, the owners are no help whatsoever. Please RUN! Not safe for staff or patients.

My dad was a patient there for 10 days. It was difficult seeing an empty parking lot because the sign on the door said visiting was shut down because of Covid. They also had a recent CDC mandate prohibiting visiting. But they failed to include the part of the mandate allowing visitation under the Compassionate Care guidelines, also part of the CDC mandate. Yes, families can visit patients, but this facility failed to include these guidelines on the guidelines posted on the door. I was with my dad every day, helped him with all of his care. I helped him with meals, helped him get to the bathroom, helped him get washed up for bed. I was lucky to get this time with him. My heart breaks for those who don't have family there with them, simply because they haven't been told they can visit. I waited 25 minutes for someone to com into the room if I put on the call light. No one introduces themselves, ( one nurses aid named Missy was kind and really seemed to care. I walked in to find my father ( who is 94) lying in bed, no pants on, no underwear on, covering himself with a pillow. He was cold, and I immediately got him dressed and in a chair. No one passing by noticed him lying there almost naked, or they noticed but did not care. I asked to take him outside so he could enjoy the sunshine, and was told I couldn't because of Covid. There were no other patients outside The regulations here are ridiculous, and are not geared for the safety and well being of their patients. Patients are lonely and bored. Please make sure you evoke your rights to visit, even during Covid. You are allowed, according to the CDC guidelines. Take control, speak up. The people there have no voice.
