This was a treatment day with changed hours . The patient who has reduced mobility gets to the door, has her hand on the handle and they lock her out. Preventing her from obtaining the medication required for the next 2 days...I was always told how medical personnel have compassion and heart to help you...but when they lock the door in front of a patient..well this is a lack of respect,and care and against every ethic ..people who need help should be aware...these are people who would throw a child under the bus..by far the most disgusting thing I have witnessed

The current doctor here is AMAZING, not only is she caring and genuinely wants to help us addicts but she's also very educated in the field of addiction and invited what she's doing. This is a field that comes with not a lot of $$ and very fast burnout rate due to the clientele that they work with and these people who work with us get little to no accolades. They deal with societies "wrath" for helping us "terrible" addicts and get up each morning to do it all over again. The counselors and nurses here are in the same boat and yet they get up each day and keep at it in hopes of saving somebody's life. Well I can say that they HAVE saved both me and my fiance's lives. After moving back to Ohio we relapsed after several years clean and at a time when the fentanyl is most deadly and the hardest to get off of. But we've done it and we're couldn't have done it without this facility and the staff here. It takes a willing participant also though, I mean they aren't going to do the work for you. All I can think is that the negative reviews are clients who got kicked out for continuously not following the rules and who had absolutely no desire to get clean. I mean this place is the most lax I've ever been too in regards to using and all being able to stay in the program so if you failed here it's because YOU wanted to fail, not because of anything the staff has done.

This treatment facility is amazing and the doctors treat their patients with care and actually listen. This place is saving my life. So before you decided to write a bad review why don’t you do a little research on the subject. It’s shameful to see all these negative reviews. They are offering people who need help they need and want the but yet others wanna complain about addicts and their addictions calling them lowlifes of of they can’t get help. It’s sad really. This clinic is a godsend to me and I’m sure others as well.
