First let me state my doctor was great, but the office manager is another story. I’ve been going there for almost 5 years. Today I found out I was booted from the practice for $50, which is the amount I owed because I also received a Bill today as well. The worst part of this situation is I was given no notice of my removal.

If I could rate this practice a 0, I would. The staff is so unprofessional and rude! The lack of communication should be illegal! They are so archaic in their ways. Everything and procedures are out of date. They charge you per page for YOUR OWN medical records. They dismissed my husband as a patient because they did not want to do deal with his pretty easy health issues. Getting referrals is a headache! They don't know how to do anything electronically or virtually! When you are not feeling well, the last thing you want to have to do is fight to get the care that you need or answers in a quick fashion to know how to proceed! Anytime they get a knew physician, they are gone soon after.

Pros: - The doctors are pretty good. I loved the doctro i was seeing dr. Pluskota. Cons: - Extremely inifficient with timing. If you plan to take some time off of work to see a doctor, you will have to plan for 3 hours because that is literally how long it sometimes takes to see a doctor when you have a scheduled appointment. -Staff can be rude - charges a lot of money to have medical records sent to other doctors. The big thing that made me stop going there was the sheer waste of time spent waiting. I would understand if it was a walk in clinic, however, this is not. They tell you to come in at 10:00 am for an appointment but you dont end up seeing a doctor until around 11:45 or so and sometimes longer.

My doctor finally left this office and I'm happy to go follow her. This office is awful.
