Nice walking trails some elevation changes of 100 feet. Trails also cross Boggie areas via catwalk

Is Roosevelt Forest restricted to only Stratford residents?

It says so as you enter, you need a resident sticker to park in the main area. BUT you can park at the Pumpkin Ground trailhead and enter there, don't need a sticker to park on the street if you just want to hike. I have NEVER seen anyone asking for ID while there.
