The owner is alright but on several occasions when I went up there the doors were locked when the signs and the website said they were open. When you are able to get in they do have a large selection of items but their vapes are overly priced

I was passing through Waxahachie at about 2:30 pm Saturday Jan 16, 2021. There was a large selection and I was having trouble finding the specific cigar I was looking for. When I asked sales person working if he knew where it was he said "I don't know it will be with that brand. First thing on the left when you go into the humidor." Then he went back to his phone and ignored me. I found the Cigar I was looking for but it wasn't where he said it was and he offered no help to me at all. I would love to come back when there is someone willing to help me. But I left without buying anything because I feel no need to help pay for service like that, or rather the lack there of.
