Yes they do have classes for Parkinson. Friday at 10:30. And Sunday at noon.
It is for both! We teach the fundamentals of technique and form. However, we do not do any contact.
Membership options vary based on the amount of classes you would like to take in a month. Please give us a call and let's discuss what option would work best for you. We can't wait to see you killing these workouts with us!
