We’ve been to this Sonic a few times in the last few years & it’s not a pleasant feeling to want something that’s advertised, wait on a long line in the drive thru & for the representative at the speaker to state that they don’t have it. It’s totally understandable if it occurred once but for that to happen as often as it’s happened to us here is unacceptable. Management is not doing their job if a place that advertises some of the best ice cream combos or shakes around not to have ice cream. This is not the first time that it’s happened. One time they actually asked if we had the correct dollar and change amount because they didn’t have any change! The staff also has attitude when speaking to the customer it’s crazy that no one is monitoring that behavior & that’s how companies fail. People look for work and once they have it they want to behave however they want & it’s dealing with the public so if you don’t have the respect or patience to deal with a customer they shouldn’t e in that line of work !! We’re extremely bothered by the experiences we’ve had at this Sonic & I hope that someone reads this and takes action before you lose more customers

I had the worst experience ever I drove over 30 minutes for me to arrive an hour before closing and then to tell me that they were closed and they were going to be refunding all online orders it was a horrible experience

We went to the Sonic in Milford Connecticut and all I have to say is that the customer service was extremely rude and unnecessary our food was cold had to ask twice for my receipt we asked for ice cream and when we got to the cashier with a rude voice told us that we don't we told you we don't have ice cream The Experience they sucked we haven't been there in 2 months.

It wasn't when I was there 3 days ago but the phone was going to vm as well and the stalls were closed.
The workers all wear masks, the servers aren't skating out with the food now because of the current weather conditions either. My husband and I ate at the restaurant in Milford recently and we felt safe.
They closed today for the Christmas party. I noticed the other day they had a sign up with their holiday schedule. 😁
