This was my first time purchasing a wig and I knew nothing before my visit. Frannie was absolutely amazing in helping me. She was patient and kind and explained the process throughly. She even showed me how to wash and condition my wig. I was nervous because I didn’t know what I was doing and she eased my stress immediately. Yes we cut and style. Store is open mon thru sat 10a TIL 6p. But you must get an appointment if you want wig cut and styled. Otherwise come in anytime during business hours to select a wig
