Their online appointment booking shows times as available when they aren't and even if you do get an appointment they might cancel on you with less than 2 hours of notice. The only reason they're getting two stars instead of one is because their staff is very polite and quick to communicate. I understand that things happen, but people are busy and cancelling appointments, especially with hardly any notice, is not a good way to make happy customers.

Each therapist have different types that they are certified in. I have gotten stretch massage there. You can go to their website and see a short description of each therapist's education, style, and certifications.
