I had high hopes for this location, after waiting a month to get into an appointment, missed work, drove almost 2 hours in traffic from Dunwoody to make my appointment. Just for the receptionist to tell me they had canceled my appointment and that I missed it by 20 minutes. Based on my emails and texts received from their office I was on time for my scheduled appointment, apparently no one told me to be there 20 minutes ahead of time for additional testing. They were unable to correct the mishap. I was extremely frustrated and the receptionist was kind and apologetic. My 3 stars are for the kind receptionist

Dr. Young An has been great. He listens and answers my concerns. He has really helped with my allergy and sinus problems which use to be a big problem. He's the Best!

ENT of Georgia South - Stockbridge made the process of getting ear tubes for my baby (1yo) go as seamlessly as possible. Getting an appointment wasn't a problem, the entire staff was courteous, and Dr. An went above and beyond any expectations I've learned to have from visiting a doctor. Each visit went rather quickly, but never felt overwhelming or rushed. The process was efficient and informative, but not lacking in warmth. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who is concerned about getting tubes for their infant. Not only had we been worried about the constant ear infections our baby was getting, but the idea of surgery was a little scary. As soon as we were referred, we had an appointment within the month. While at the appointment, the audiologist and initial doctor we saw were fantastic. Dr. An was leaving but stepped in to personally examine my little guy's ears after the initial doctor went to share his hearing results, and we had a surgery scheduled within the month. The office was very considerate of babies not understanding they can't eat and make sure infants are scheduled first thing. Once we were taken into the operating waiting area, Dr. An checked in with us just to say hi and let us know everything was on track. He called to let me know how the surgery went, and to expect a phone call from the nurses once they finished up the paperwork while my baby woke up. They adjusted that plan when he did not wake up happy and let me back to calm him down. The nurses were very kind despite his frustration, and once we had him calm they explained all I needed to know and gave the follow up information. At the follow up, we had another audiologist who did a different test, but she also explained everything she was doing and the results without being asked. Dr. An met with us and examined the ears, letting me see the tubes as well since my husband was able to be there and hold our little guy this time. He also told us what to expect when the tubes start to come out, and answered any questions we may have had before we asked. It was overall one of the best experiences we had with a doctor office before.

I have been trying to call for over a month about my prescription. The pharmacy called and no one answered, eventually they cancelled the prescription. I have left a lot of voice messages and sent a message through the app they encourage. No response. Eventually I am going to have to go up there in order to get things resolved.
