I would have gave it a 5 star rating but the communication is terrible! If you call and leave a message no one gets back to you. If you send a fax for a prescription refill no one gets back to you. If you send a email no one gets back to you. They don't want people just popping in but you literally have no choice but to do so. Besides that its decent.

Hi, Lynn. You must first qualify as a patient to be seen at Hands of Hope. You can download the new patient information packet on the website at www.handsofhopeclinic.org, complete it, and submit it with all documents listed in the packet. Your information will be evaluated, and you will be notified by the next business day as to whether you meet qualifications. Hope this helps!

They have dentist that volunteer their off time from their usual practice and only charge $25.00 and I believe they only do cleanings and extractions no fillings or other cosmetic procedure. There is a wait list and it's already filled, contact them for more information.

I broke my ankle in a car accident yesterday, I do not have insurance or a lot of money but the hospital told me to see an orthopedic. Can they give me a cast there? I only have a boot on until I see a doctor.

Maria Kern | Oct 7, 2020
Ralph Lane | Oct 7, 2020

I don't believe that they do casts as all the specialist doctors work on a volunteer basis by appointment only by referral from Hands of Hope Clinic.

I was told in the ER that I needed to be seen by a cardiologists. Do you know if they help when it comes to specialist?

My grandson needs a physical to be able to play football. How much does it cost?

Valerie Reid | Oct 8, 2018
Ralph Lane | Oct 8, 2018

They only accept people with no health insurance what so ever. You have to go to the clinic to apply and see if you qualify to be seen by them, if you qualify then the first initial visit is $10 and each visit thereafter is $5 cash only, no credit cards or checks. All of the staff are volunteers and very helpful and polite.

I understand that you offer dental work. I have a partial that has come out and may need to be replaced. Is this an area that you would offer?

sharon lawson | Oct 8, 2018
Deana Holland | Oct 8, 2018

No they only pull teeth at the dental clinic
