Not sure who is involved in this company's staffing but it's been a nightmare to get in touch with anyone within billing. They owe me a refund and have yet to process it (over a month now). And no one seems to know where the billing department is located nor do they seem to know of any email addresses to contact anyone in billing. I would encourage everyone dealing with ENT issues to steer clear of this chain.

Scheduling an appointment with easy. checking in was no hassle at all. Initial appointment no copay for me. Full review of my concerns. A plan was put in place. Very happy with my first 3 appointments which were scheduled in a 2 week span. Looking forward to my 4th appointment to hear what is the future plans for me.

I am very disappointed with this office in Stockbridge I recently had a change in my insurance which caused me to have to find an additional doctor to give me my immune therapy shots well I was paying out-of-pocket at this location until I found a doctor now that I found a doctor which is right down the street literally within walking distance they first told me that I could take my Vals with me to the doctor but now they’re saying that they must be mailed that was two weeks ago and they still have not mailed my stuff I am now not taking my prescription like I should because I can’t get my shots it has been two weeks the Stockbridge location is slow and they do not take care of business they obviously do not care about their customers whether current or previous very poor customer service as long as they are getting the money they make sure things are taken care of but the minute they are not going to financially benefit they could give less than two craps I have a customers well-being never again terrible experience.
