Nasty, burnt, brown greasy chicken. No flavor besides gross old or burnt oil. If I could give zero stars I would. Got a family pack and it's inedible.

This is the only Chicken Express location I would purchase from. The food is always fresh, hot and delicious. The employees are always so friendly and professional. Thank you for always giving me an excellent customer experience❣️❣️❣️

Employee at this location @ 1:50pm was really unprofessional. I had asked for 3 kids meals at the ordering mic. When i get to window before giving him my card i make sure he had my order down right and sure enough he did not. After getting down what i needed i had to wait another few mins just for that order. Besides that when i get home i realize they only put one chicken nugget in combo instead of 2 for my kids meals. How is it that you don’t answer the phone when somebody is trying to complain.

Came to order food and food was cold and was asked to pull up and was told only 7 mins wait. There were 4-5 cars in the drive thru and all of the cars were gone by the time I got my food. I waited over 15 mins for food and then to get it dry and dark spots on it..ridiculous service. They told me that oh I can refund you. I walked into location and the location and the store was absolutely filthy and tables were disgusting. As I tried to speak with the manager about my situation they provided an horrible inconvenience and managers seemed to be poorly trained. The manager (Stephanie) and Inez and Candace showed no empathy or any good customer service due to this matter. My family and I will never step foot back into this location ever. (11/09/2019) -8:50PM (11/10/2019) Update! Inez and Candace also refunded me but not my full amount...so now I have to go back for a 3rd time to get the rest of my money when I told Inez that the refund receipt did not show full amount and Inez assured me that it would be the full amount. Returned the following day because I noticed on my debit card they charged me for a side item and ice when I returned the side item. I kindly asked if I can have my money back and they told me because it is a different day we cannot give you your money back which is STEALING, and on top of that they told me if I didn’t leave they would call the police on me! Come back to this place NEVER!! I don’t encourage anyone to because of this situation! Be very careful dealing with these people!
