If you order pick up or just go through the drive through... CHECK. YOUR. BAG. My roomate picked up the order I placed. She got back and all THREE chicken sandwiches in the order were missing....how? After forcing the will to go up there, I arrive explain the situation and the worker, takes my receipt, shows it off to someone else and then comes back and whispers "they're working on it." Next thing she says is they dont have the bread for the sandwiches and thats why they didnt include them... So no communication, no refund, you just didnt/wont account for $17 worth of my order...whaa I said, just give me the chicken from the sandwiches cause thats WHAT I PAID FOR. Then she comes back over and says they have enough bread for two sandwiches but not three... I will never order from this KFC again just thinking of the hardship, back and forths and hoops I had to jump through, JUST to make sure I got what I paid for... Just for a meal? NOPE

The food was good i got it fast but I don't know what it is about fast food workers but its like they all have bad attitudes...if u don't like your job quit... they have the best fries 🍟 and now that they remodel the store its better i think

Fast service good food clean restaurant the manager was very attentive and the Mexican lady cooking was super sweet we enjoyed it👌

Lets start off buy mentioning the New Yukon Gold KFC strips are gross and the pic shows what you get (minus pickles that I already ate) The sauce looks nasty and really greasy. Onto the location. The location was horrible dirty. I am appalled that the area with condiments had trash and hardly any condiments filled into the containers. The tables were dirty and just not kept up to standards by any means. If your cook has time to be outside to chat in the lobby while the lobby looks like it just served 10 bus loads of junior high kids then there is a problem with MANAGEMENT at this location. At the time I chose to eat here, it was not very busy. All around the service was terrible and disappointing. I see from other reviews that I am not the only one who has called them out on this.
