I’ve always enjoyed the discounts when shopping at big lot’s however my weekend experience was disappointing. I made an online purchase 7/23/22, received an update to my order 7/24/22 stating one of my items was canceled. This was an inconvenience because I had to purchase the product (2nd purchase) from a different location and was told by customer service I would have to wait 7-10 business days to receive my refund from the initial purchase. The online process needs improvement. I shop online a lot and websites will not allow a purchase to be made on unavailable products.

Underwhelming n over priced. Used to come here to find the good stuff for great prices but they've become proud. Cashier was super friendly

Do not buy from Big Lots. They will lie to you. I order a mattress online. The website stated it was available with same day deliver. The rep basically told me that walk-in will get the mattress over online orders. Thanks for telling me that you gave away my mattress!
