Don’t go to Katie with Southern Charms.seeing her was a complete waste of my time and money s ppl ent in gas. She’s been running a Groupon deal for highlighting special . When I came to see her I was hoping she’d be able to cut my hair , framing my face since I had been cutting off damaged ends myself. She told me she could not highlight my hair as that was going to “melt my hair” . I was fine with that but she was very rude and condescending to me , making me feel like she just wanted to cut off all my h as if without caring whether or not it looked good. She told me I didn’t know what I wanted even though I told her what I wanted. Also said because I have dark hair it wouldn’t lift. Say what? What kind of nonsense is that The entire visit was completely unwelcoming and insulting. I ended up leaving without letting her do anything to my hair. I guess she has a preferred kind of customer because before she saw me in person she seemed very nice. There was nothing charming about Southern Charms .
