Phenix Salon Suites is a group of 32 individually owned salons there are several of the salons that do do men's haircuts but I can tell you that most of them work by appointment only however you can absolutely try your luck by just walking in and walk through and see who's working and see someone who can see you when you are ready
Each stylist works independently. Always best to set an appointment, but if a stylist isn't busy, they gladly accept walk ins. Just don't count on it.
Several people there do excellent men's hair cuts. I recommend you give Phenix a call. Then describe what you have on mind, and they will give you options of who could be your best person.
