When buying anything you get a one year warranty but just make sure not too move or that warranty gets voided! What a joke, last time I buy anything from this fragile furniture store.

You could but probably not preferred.
No delivery only. I was only allowed to pick up the table tops for coffee and tables because they messed up the order. You can ask and they may though.
Rooms to go charge by the item. A couch or chair is about $53.
