I’ve been going this this location for years and loved it but unfortunately Dr. Harris is no longer there. I’ve seen Dr. Ramani twice and she is the worst doctor there is!!! She looks at you with a stare, does not care about your issue, does not take the time out to explain anything to you or will not touch you as is she’s racist or something. I can’t understand for the life of me why she’s in this type of practice that has no care for any patience’s or their concerns. If you do come to this location please schedule with any others doctors besides this one!!!!! Please don’t waste your money on terrible service from Dr. Poonam Ramani!!!!!! You can get more information about your health issues from google rather than this woman!!! Run if you can!!!!!

Well my original location is In Fayetteville but had to come here because of my schedule for a Saturday appointment all I can say is be very patient and understanding and have time on your side it seem to me certain people will skip you who have a later appointment time but hopefully this will be my last time coming to this location.

Had a follow up appointment to get scripts refilled because I’m out of one of them as of yesterday, arrived on time had my mask on Checking in Do you have a cold ? Yes Fever ? no runny nose ? no Have u had a covid test? Yes Last Thursday it was negative Do you have proof No Can’t see u What? I’m sick at a Dr !? Go home and do Teledoc at drs convenience but pay the same office visit So REASON OF VISIT SE-Follow-Up 15 Min Drs offices are for sick people If u were concerned for my health y didn’t u offer to give me a covid test to get proof I need a minus 5 stars to give this practice

Gone are the days of Dr. Harsch and Tamara. It took three days to get a return call to schedule an appointment. On the morning of my appointment I found out I had been exposed to Covid by one of my students. I immediately called to let them know, but had to leave a message. At my lunch break I left another message. No reply. Went to the appointment to avoid being charged as a no show. The office workers scoffed at me for coming, even though I called. They told me they would reschedule as a telehealth appointment because I’d been exposed. They also did not have me scheduled for an annual physical, but a “follow-up” — I haven’t been there in over a year! But they wanted to do my annual physical by telehealth. Hmmm — time to find another PCP.

I'm not sure but you want regret a phone call. The service is really good. I've been a patient there now for about 7 years and I always feel like my needs are addressed and my health is in good hands.
