NAMI Tennessee does not offer professonal counseling services. We are a self-help support, education and advocacy group comprised of persons with mental illness/substance abuse, their family members, and friends. We offer free support groups, education classes, coping skills and self advocacy training at the state level and through our local Affiliates all across Tennessee.

IOOV In Our Own Voice: Living With Mental Illness is an excellent program that helps individuals living with mental illnessbecome public speakers. Presenters learn to tell their story of living with mental illness in the most powerful way to help eliminate the stigma of mental illness and spread the hope of recovery.
