I called early this morning and within 30 minutes a crew was at my dad's house working to fix the problem. One of the guys on the ground even took the time to tell me how long it would take to finish the job! I was amazed and thrilled! Good job, guys!

We've had service with BEA for over 4 yrs now and I have nothing but good things to say about their services. Like another review on here stated, we live right at the end of their power grid so we have had a few times where our power has went out unexpectedly and I tell ya what...they have some of the quickest and most professional linemen of any company I've dealt with. We've lived in Memphis for years and also in Southaven MS and the service in major cities was no where near the professional level of BEA. There have been a few instances where I've had to call in their main office and all the ladies were extremely kind and courteous as well.
