We moved from Southern MD to Athens about a year ago. In MD it would take us weeks to be able to get to see our PCM, and because we are TRICARE it would be quite far from our house since we weren't located near a major base. We called Capshaw shortly after we moved in and they got us within 2 days of calling them. They are well organized, extremely friendly and very professional in all their dealings. We really have enjoyed the level of care that Marylin has provided for us. It's also nice that there just 5 minutes down the road for us. Strongly recommend!
