The only office in Alabama who actually took time to listen and help me. Absolutely love my phone experience today!
Tim Freckman
These are some of the hardest working people I have ever met.
Kayla Bowden
They say they are open at 9 but yet they don’t answer the phone. The phone number on the door has had a busy signal since 9 am and it is 10:24 and I’m still sitting here trying to get in touch with someone because I have things that I have to do and they require me to have my name changed on my social security card I cannot even get an appointment to be able to do this because Boone is answering the phone. This is ridiculous and it shouldn’t be this hard to get access to legal documents that are NEEDED. Figure out a better way to conduct business because this is NOT it.
Holt Warren
The lady who answers the phone is extremely aggressive and argumentative. She will hang up on you when you’re trying to explain your situation without listening or attending to meet your needs. Very unprofessional and disrespectful, I couldn’t believe I was really treated that way! Just wow.

All my documents were stolen. What all do I need to show prove of who I am to get a s.s.c
That maybe the best idea. I did go there. They will make a lot of mistakes on the phone it has been my experience. I don't suggest ever doing any reviews or follow-ups with them on the phone because it has messed up my whole life due to incorrect information being entered in their system
Yes you can. Get there early and have ID.
