I've been an Innova patient for several years now and they've seen me through cancer, kidney stones, and minor illnesses. I've never been happier with a patient-provider relationship. I've always been able to get a quick response whether through healow, telehealth, or same-day office visit. I don't spend more than a few minutes waiting in the waiting room or the exam rooms. They take time to answer what questions I have, and continue to answer emailed questions quickly. The support staff is courteous and knowledgeable. I have never had a single problem with care recieved.

Every employee here is kind and welcoming. They have always been on time, and I most appreciate how thorough they are (I don’t feel rushed). I’m on the more “crunchy”/holistic side of things, but they work with me and never make me feel dumb for my preferences. Definitely recommend!

Hello, we have a prospective patient signup list for new patients on our website, we expect to be able to resume accepting new patients this Fall. You can signup for the list here: https://innovaprimarycare.com/waitinglist/
For our established patients, we provide same-day-sick visits Monday thru Saturday. Please call ahead to schedule before coming to the clinic. For prospective new patients you may add your name to the waiting list; or, if available, pre-register on our website.
Currently we are not accepting new patients, we do have a wait list on our website if you would like our team to contact you when we resume accepting. When we resume, we will be accepting Blue Cross.
Good point Lesa, we are working on revamping some of the lab processes now to increase convenience. We expect these changes in place by Summer of 2018, at which point the lab orders you receive for future labs should have an indication of whether you are to come fasting to have your labs drawn. Hope that helps.
