I don't often write reviews but the quality of the flower arrangement, the tracking of the order, not to mention texting me an image of the arrangement before it was sent, just totally impressed me. The image of the arrangement was so beautiful that I wondered if it was taken from their website or if it was the actual arrangement, and it was the actual one that was going to be sent. I order flower arrangements globally and frequently. Rafael florist was just outstanding in every which way.
