I never leave reviews. But, this place is ridiculous. They have “walk ins welcome” but never take a walk in. I’ve tried making appointments but they never have any opens. I don’t understand how they can stay in business.

Every time I bring my kids here I have to wait an hour to be seen. It’s ridiculous, this place is so slow. The doctor that my children see are great is the only reason I keep coming here. It didn’t use to be this way. Now it’s like they overbook appointments without having enough staff.

Walked all the way there after searching for urgent care online and the signs on the window says "walk ins welcome" but when I got there I could not be seen. Was told they don't do urgent care anymore and go to another clinic on the other side of town. With gas prices up and inflation please update your window and online recommendations or tell your receptionist to have some mercy
