This is a long story.. First thing, this doctor kept pushing pain meds for my wife for years because of her back pain. She laid at home for a week, the doctor wouldn’t recommend a MRI but just kept calling in medication. She had to have emergency surgery after another Nurse practitioner saw her and took images. As for me I use Dr. Andrews and their record keeping and scheduling department lacks. Always over booking clients, you wait typically 3 hours for to be seen. When Covid was in effect, they offered telemedicine and charged you $45 dollars for a 3-5 minute phone call that would happen 1-3 hours from your scheduled appointment time.

Excellent Doctor, Staff and Facilities. Dr. Andrews is very competent attentive and in my opinion operates at a very high level of integrity. The patient portal is intuitive and I have access to everything I need including the ability to message with the Dr. or the Nurse Practitioner. Dr. Andrews is and will continue to be highly sought after and successful.
