The food was good but the staff took to long me and my family waited more than a hour waiting on our waiter to ask for a to go box and a water! And just to find out the waiter was on a phone call? And got a hair on my food that is just nasty

International House of Pancake is the BEST......I had the spicy pablano omelette with avocado, it is do die for (if you like spicy food tht is). Had 2 cups of coffee & a glass of lemonade too which was good. The service was good, friendly staff, restroom was clean & smelling fresh

Service extremely slow. No mask mandate. Huge roach walked across the lobby floor. I ordered online to pickup at 1030 am. It's now 1109 am and still nothing. Additionally there was pieces of hard plastic in my omelete.
