Chelsea was the best waitress we have ever had. She was so nice and courteous and her energy was so positive. Simply the best. Loved having her and we didn't have to ask for anything. She had everything we needed.

This IHOP made my Easter experience a blessing from God. My daughter loved the big steak omelette and said the meat was tender. We always come back for the pancakes and they have good variety of toppings. I was impressed of all the new items In the menu! I ended up enjoying the breakfast then the bbq at my church potluck spread! I know it’s been hard to even have restaurants staffed these days so the management is doing a phenomenal Job to keep up with these time. They gave excellent service from the host to the manager. Claudia Flores took the time to go out of the way to be very helpful and kind. We will certainly be back! My baby’s first Easter was unforgettable! Thank you all for all you do!

Absolute worst ihop I've ever visited. It was dirty, the food was raw, and after complaining and waiting for 45 MINUTES the waitress was refusing to deduct the cold undercooked food from the bill that was uneaten. This was serviced to my 5 and 8 year old. The manager Adam refuses to come out and speak with us. We won't be back! Sent from my iPhone
