Well my first time going here and its a great location, love the snack protein shake area... alot to do , maybe its just me but the la fitness places in the valley for example van nuys on balboa and roscoe seem alot more organized and professional and super clean... Where this location is dirty and have staff members with tattoos on there neck and head, dressed all in black with no name or anything to identify they work there... look like ex convicts, today they were at the pool and I guess someone took a dump by the pool or dropped it from there diaper.... gross... and they were laughing, carrying on 2 staff members..taking pictures and laughing as we are swimming in this diarrhea water... I was grossed out... and got out immediately. The tread mills were dirty and sticky.... just need better more professional staff members and cleanliness.

This gym is just OK enough not to switch. Worse part is all the other members. No one re-racks weights. Using multiple machines at once. No one uses a towel. The staff is more concerned about getting personal training appointments than monitoring the weight room.
