All I can say is despite being very sick with covid my experience could not have been any better. My primary told me to go in after two weeks of symptoms and worsening chest tightness and shortness of breath. Needless to say I didn't want to be there and went on an afternoon where they were slammed with ill patients most in worse shape than me. I thought I would never be seen but the triage nurse said she would get an xray ordered right away and if all was clear would try to get me to ER doc to get me home after final eval. Her name was Christina and I really appreciated her warmth and efficiency. And that was true for everybody I encountered from xray techs to er nurses (who did ekg and took blood) to doc who got me out as fast as possible since the tests showed that I was ok enough to go home. Thanks to all the very professional, warm, and helpful people who made the experience as good as it could be considering these times of short staffs and high case loads.

Very poor patient care and infection control policies here. Staff refuses to wear mask or even gloves when they were with ICU patient. I brought it up to their complaint department and never heard back. I wouldn't come back.

Concierge stand is rude and unhelpful. Very unclear in their directions and the upset and rude when they aren't followed.

Two visitors at a time. Husband counts as one so only one Grand at a time. She will be in Labor and Delivery at the Women's Hospital.
I would go straight to the front desk in the main entrance and they can guide you. I believe the lab is right next to the front desk.
I know that some reason exists for some BULLY attitude exists towards some patients or is it all patients. Maybe they are people that got their degree out of a Crackerjack box. Ultimately, they possibly, today's environment, surrounding hospitals and Covid-19 is it is damaging to the rest of the human population too be subject to scrutiny scrutinized persons for other ailments that produce different health concerns; such as cancer patients, broken bone victims, gun shot wound victims, cranial subdural hematoma, and cysts on the scalp and, serious gastric bypass surgeries- to say the least. In my deduced deductive reasoning and my great Hypothesis remains unclear due to seeable actual lack of need to be compassionate towards health concerns related to other diseases like Tom John's disease, Polio, continuously bleeding wounds which need to be suturered with iodine solution and needles into arms and stomachs to perform emergency on people with Skull fractures because they have families.
Alas, I'm in Los Angeles and can't easily get to City Hall.
Yes. There is a large parking garage on site.
The maternity entrance is at back of the hospital
Central is the east west street.
If you have an appointment or official business, you can get your parking ticket for the garage validated; then it's free.
No. I've had both, and they're decent. Nothing to make a fuss about, but fine. A bit bland, as all hospital food is. The patient menu is more extensive than what is offered in the cafeteria.
Yes
