What a joy! This intimate space tucked behind a pizzeria is a total delight. I’ve seen a handful of shows here and appreciate the small audience size, general ambiance, easy registration/entry, cleanliness, and service of the venue. Also, easily accessible by the cta - just a block walk from the stop. Highly recommend checking out a band or singer here!!!

Its attached to the union which has great food and an excellent bar and you can normally carry in from union to space, although currently I believe that is on hold for covid reasons. Inside of space there is a bar as well, not sure it would classify as full bar but they always have some decent beers, some wine, and some cocktails and they have a fair amount of stuff to make what you need as well as service during shows. The pizza at the union is outstanding and in non covid times, bringing it in for a show is great.
Yes! There is valet right in front from 5pm on (night of show only tho, I believe).
I had GA tickets & got a seat but I got there early. I believe they sell more GA tickets than seats so if you get there late to a popular show you will end up standing in the back. When I was there the GA seats were on the far left & right sides of the room and on the side of the stage.

They usually don't use tickets. Your name should be on their entry list at the door. Call them to confirm.
Setlist.fm is a great resource that let's you search based on artist, venue, and time to find who played when and where and also what they played. Unfortunately it's not always 100% and occasionally misses a show, especially at smaller venues. In November 2017 I'm only seeing 3 shows at Space: two performances by The Beat and one by Bob Schneider. If you're looking for an opener, you'll have to do a bit of digging.
No. But they do have a real nice pizza place that is takeout 1 block away called Union Squared Pizza, really good and a lot less expensive
It depends on the show. Check the page for the individual show to see what they have listed.
Sell it on Craigslist if you can't find someone to sell it to personally. But for the next time, plan your trips before buying and find out if you have friends who like this type of activity to have a backup in case you cannot attend.
