I never complain however, this time I cannot be quiet. I paid for their most expensive wash, and on top of it handed the guys 20 dollars for a tip and put another 5 in the tip jar. Not only did they not clean basic things like my cup holder, or the steering wheel. They couldn’t be bothered to vacuum the floor correctly. I paid total of 55 dollars with tip for a cleaning that my 6 year old nephew could do. I am so disappointed. Used to be able to count on good service when tipping. Apparently not anymore.
