Sunrise Irrigation and their Technician Jose R. were incredible! They were able to accommodate us in short notice and sent out a technician who couldn’t be more passionate and thorough with his craft. We learned a lot about our system that we did not know or were aware of and the entirety of the service was completed in one single afternoon as they send their techs completely stocked for any project or service. Jose R. went above and beyond to ensure we were truly satisfied with our services and that no leaf was left unturned. We are extremely satisfied with the services rendered and I’m sure our new sod will be too! Josh did an excellent job of assessing my system after just purchasing a home with a broken system. After assessing and getting an idea of my intentions he provided 4 options that were very acceptable ranging from a basic repair to a new installation. I went to the next to new installation only because I need the repairs completed in a few days. Josh walked me the next steps and scheduled his return. He went ahead and started to work on some of the basic things the same in order to ensure he could finish as promised on his return. He was on time as planned and completely finished as estimated. What impressed me was his willingness to stop and answer questions, clearly explained each step at my novice level and still maintain his rhythm. After the repairs were completed he took another hour to walk me through setting my app on the phone and ensured I was comfortable with using it and said I could call him if I needed help at anytime. Overall my experience with Sunshine and Josh and Team was a 5+ rating.

Jarek and Dave were timely, polite, informative and performed excellent work. They provided 3 written quotes, reviewed each one, answered my questions and performed the work I agreed to the same day. They left my yard clean and demonstrated that everything I agreed to pay for was fixed. The entire company communicated very well and often. Natalie kept me informed of the crew's plan for arrival several times. This high level of customer service was very refreshing in today's faceless, "chat now" world. I recommend Sunrise Irrigation & Sprinklers to any one that wants help with their sprinkler system.

I used Sunrise in 2021 and they were great. I called them back this week to replace the entire irrigation system and they came this morning and had the job completed between 10am and 4pm. Nick was great, he reviewed the options with me, helped me choose the best one for my home, and after the installation went over every detail (computer, nozzles, valves, rain sensor, etc). He was very professional and him and his team did a fantastic job. I’m happy with the new system, it should save me water and money. I highly recommend them!
