During this hurricane shouldn't all gates to subdivision be kept open? We are having an issue in chattam landing. The president refuses to unlock it!!!!

As an HOA owner you will need to contact PCSO for this situation/matter. It should be accessible by all HOA owners in an incident or event unless there's a power outage.
