Gave me a price to install a hitch by phone and then special ordered the hitch. When I got there the price was $170 more. On the phone I was very clear I wanted an out the door price. Other people I've talked to since I said this location is known for this up pricing. Be careful, I walked!

We offer moving carts and mattress carts at our storage facilities. They are free to use for all customers. Courtesy carts are located at the loading docks for each facility. We ask that customers return carts upon using them so that all customers can enjoy this benefit.
U-Haul offers a wide variety of boxes and moving supplies that can be purchased in-store or online.
U-Haul owned and managed storage facilities utilize multiple layers of industry-leading security features. These are collectively called MAX or maximum security. You can find any combination of the following at our storage facilities: security cameras, individually alarmed rooms, electronic access, intercoms, fire sprinklers, and limited access to the floor or building.
Proof of insurance is required to rent storage at U-Haul. We offer the most affordable self-storage insurance available with Safestor. Rates start at $7.95 per month for $1,000 worth of coverage; visit us online or give us a call for more details. If your homeowners or renter's insurance covers your storage unit, bring proof of your insurance along with you during move-in.
We require that all customers secure their rooms using a round discus style lock. They can be purchased at a discount from the U-Haul store online or at the counter during move-in. You can bring your own lock, but it must be a round discus style lock.

I am not sure of that particular size, but I would definitely go into the store to buy the boxes. Purchasing them online for pick up is nearly 3 times the price.
