I was trying to buy a new home which was about$ $68,000 but they wanted $145,050 dollars for us to move in. So they wanted $85, 050 just to get a set up ......No one charges that. I went elsewhere, the rent is about 100 more, but I saved $60,000 .......They are too greedy.
