Positive: Breakfast was pretty decent. Lots of options Negative: Room was dated and very dirty. We checked out early because we did not feel safe about taking a shower. The bathroom drain in the floors smelled awful. I don't think the sheets were changed, we found bottle caps in the bed. AC was barely working.

Laundry room was ATROCIOUS!!! Broken machines. Fitness room as well!!! Totally unacceptable for a property like this. IHG…fix it!!!

My family has always stayed at Staybridge. They are by far the best hotel. Rooms are always clean. Housekeeping is always attentive. Front desk is very responsive. And this particular location was great. I love that the rooms have a mini kitchen complete with a full-size fridge, stove, dishwasher and even pots and pans and eating utensils. We did have a minor issue with our toilet not flushing but front desk sent maintenance immediately and it was resolved. My only complaint was the breakfast. Definitely could have been better. But overall we enjoyed our stay.

There were roaches in the room, and other rooms I was shown had very visible bodily fluids stains and other stains on the couch, and smelled bad. I didn’t discover the roaches in our room until late at night when I saw them crawling up through the loose bathroom floor tiles. They also removed our bag from our room on 5/24 before our scheduled check out which was on 5/25 (and I have the documentation to prove it was 5/25, too). I requested a call from the manager to discuss this (and other things I experienced there), was told I’d be called, and was never called. I would tell anyone considering staying here to run far, far away.
