Element Fort Worth Dallas Airport Hotel in Irving, Texas. The worst place I have ever stayed in. I been everywhere: Hotel 6 to Resort Hotels. After traveling you want to stay in a cool comfortable room. The heat must have been on in June because the air conditioning did not work. They send a repairman after the first night. Went to eat came back and the air conditioner had been turned off! The room was hot. I went to complain to the front desk to see if they had another room after the second night. The manager was to move us to a new room in the morning. I watched 4 people checking in and given rooms. When I talked to the girl named Karen in the front desk. She was rude, defensive attitude, did not do her job well at. All she had to do to move you to a room with air conditioning. She created a scene, hateful person! Unnecessary! If you are going on a trip for what ever reason you accommodate the traveler. Dangerous person, a place to avoid!!!!!!

Our stay was 13-15 May 2022. The location was great. The room was good, though there was some very visible water damage (on the 3rd floor!) near the bottoms of the particleboard kitchen cabinetry: delamination and expansion. WiFi and TV was OK. A big problem in our room was high humidty. All the linens felt damp to the touch, and slightly dampe towels and clothes did not dry out overnight. We had to keep the room at 67 degrees (much, much lower than our home temp) to allow us to sleep at all. The breakfast was just mediocre: rubber eggs & pancakes comprised the "hot breakfast" options both mornings, with the usual cold selections available as well. Front desk was very friendly and helpful, and all other amenities were as advertised. We didn't make much use of the full kitchen, though we will keep it in mind for future visits -- if the HVAC issues are resolved.

Just stayed one night, got there and the sheets were covered in stains. Room and furniture is decaying and there’s stains in the carpets all over the halls. Did ask the front desk if they could change my sheets and they did but with some unnecessary attitude. Why would anyone want to sleep on stain filled sheets? Also the front desk people were interesting. First girl that checked me in had a headphone in her one ear and I could hear the music blaring, explains why I had to keep repeating myself when I was trying to check in. The staff didn’t dress professionally at all. Must be a more casual then professional dress code for staff. Will not be coming back.

We haven't even stayed there yet but I had an AMAZING experience on the phone with Calvin Sharp. I am making a group reservation and I haven't received such customer service in what seems like forever. He was super friendly, extremely helpful and just all around awesome. I am already a fan of the Element chain but this experience may convert us from another hotel we typically stay at while in the Irving/ Dallas area. Thanks, Calvin for making a great first impression.

I would find an Amazon pickup location close to you and just use that. I often get things shipped to my hotel, but an Amazon package might be too tempting.
