I have a solid three-strike policy, and this Taco Bell has officially hit its third strike. What I’m asking for isn’t that hard, and with everything going up money means more than it did even a few weeks ago, but it’s close to work and inexpensive. Three separate times they’ve messed up my order, and today it happened to be a lunch order that’s going to be my only meal until after midnight because I’m working a longer than normal shift. And they messed it up. So now I have to rely on break room vending machine snacks. Thanks Taco Bell. I’ll find somewhere else to go.

Gloria P at the register needs a lesson in customer service. Everything we asked for was a complete inconvenience for her. Kept very rudely saying “hold on! Hold on!” While trying to order. Threw the cup on the counter after asking for a large. You’d think they’d have someone friendlier working the front.

They weren't too bad about getting our food out in a timely manner but they didn't put any hot sauce packets in the bag even though we specifically asked for alot of hot sauce. Other than that I don't have any complaints as far as the drive through goes.

Why don't you just stay "I stopped caring and will give you what I think you ordered" because that's how it seems. My order was wrong and I was missing items. My dorito tacos were soggy at the bottom and broken at the top. The only way I could eat it was in a taco salad with Whataburger jalapeño ranch (which was pretty good).
