It's all about following the rules and keeping your cool. All of the negative reviews talking about not caring about anything but money... they are most likely not following the guidelines and rules for the program. If you cuss out the nursing staff because you're I withdrawal, don't expect great service. Do the program as your supposed to -- and you won't have any problems. I've had two counselors over 5 years. Haven't touched an opiate, but rely on this service. I feel safe here. Yes, improvements are needed. More counselors, less stringent cannabis rules like most clinics would improve my experience. Anyway, thumbs up. Saved my life.

Every employee seems to just quit there and they have left 3 of my family members with no therapist, and without someone to handle their meds. They never return messages or call you back when they say they will, and it's very unprofessional to call the nurse only to hear that their voicemail box is full and you can't leave a message.

Everyone there is amazing. I do have my favorites I am very grateful to all the help they have all given me. They do intakes on Mondays but they only take like the first 6 people. They open at 5am but people start lining up at 4am. If your serious you have to be there real earily and line up at the back door.

Get transferred to brandywine clinic while u are getting detoxed they can do that they used to ask your counselor or go to intake at brandywine they can do that without u completely going down all way and ease you back up
Are you a client or staff? Client go to your primary doctor. Staff go to Dept of Labor Industrial Affairs.
Yes they are it's already open. I know several people that got transferred there
Doubt that there is ever only one person there for one and that would be a crazy dumb risk to do that...I would assume that you would get locked up regardless of the situation or location lol
