My family member saw Dr. Kim for years. The doctor initially prescribed my aunt a low (5mg) pain medication. My aunt went for another visit for injections and ty ask for a refill. As another reviewer suggested, the Dr doesn't seem keen to preserve medications for severe physical ailments. When my aunt asked for a refill, she also told the doctor she was taking medical marijuana. The doctor initially shifted to critical (you know the mental snap). She criticized my aunt about the (non-existent) risk of overdosing. She refused to refill the prescription. Further, she gaslit my aunt, saying she didn't fill the medication in the first place. The doctor broke the hypocritic oath on several accounts. Refusing to give pain medications to a 7 year patient (not a questionably walk in). Arguing with a prescription usage (medical marijuana). Refusing to upkeep care. These are all clear examples of steep cognitive bias, which has room in the medical field.
