Christa is a professional and competent council. She listened to my situation asking questions to flush out the necessary details of the case. During my interview with the investigator, she added pertinent information and observations that resulted in the investigator's report recommending no charges or further inquiry.

Christa and Aaron are superb! They are always supportive , very approachable. Never gets irritated no matter how many times and weird hours will text or call them. Always listens to the problems patiently and explains themselves. Christa knows exactly what has to be done to resolve a case. She is awesome! We would have given them 10 stars if possible. They are the best in the town. We recommend if you have a situation that is complex, go to them .. you may think they are expensive but trust us, your money is not going to be wasted! They are that good.

I recently had a legal scare and contacted Groshek Law PA regarding the issue. It was handled swiftly and efficiently. I would recommend Katie and her associates to all. She was very understanding and fair

A police officer must have a search warrant based on probable cause to search your vehicle unless the situation falls under one of several special exceptions. For example, if the police arrest you, they may search the area of the car that was within your reach when you were pulled over. They may also confiscate items in plain sight.
If you are pulled over on suspicion of drunk or drugged driving and refuse to submit to a breath, blood or urine test, you can be charged with a misdemeanor and have your license revoked for up to one year with an ignition interlock.
The charge for most first DWI offenses in Minnesota is a misdemeanor with a penalty of up to 90 days in jail, 90 days of limited driving privileges and a fine of $1,000.
