I paid the application fee for myself and partner and haven’t heard anything. I call and leave Messages and no one answers. Very unprofessional. If you are that desperate for money that you scam people I can only imagine what its like living there. I am a very positive person so I will swallow this with a grain of salt. It was a blessing in disguise. I will think of my $200 loss as a donation. Hopefully this will help someone. Oh yeah and the automated response I see left on others post is a joke. Supposedly they won’t be able to find me in there system, smh. I don’t have the time or patience to deal with these jokesters but hopefully someone will. I gave it to God and will continue my journey onward and upward. Again, I hope this will help someone before making the same “mistake donation” I did. Good luck.

As a long-term resident, I can honestly say that Meridia Living has done a wonderful job managing the property. They have done most of the things they set out to do since they bought the Royce less than two years ago. It is more children-friendly now. They built a new playground for the kids and even have a designated place for the kids to play soccer. Kids are always outside playing. Allan, the property manager, is great at his job. He is approachable, friendly, and is open to suggestions. He is always walking around the property to make inspections and is very dependable. Allan is a man of his word, which is hard to find nowadays.

Ideal home for a family with children. The pool, playground, gym and game room make you feel like you are on a resort. We never have to leave home to have lots of fun. The staff is courteous, friendly, respectful and very knowledgeable. All my maintenance requests are resolved perfectly very quickly, sometimes on the same day. I love living at the Royce and plan to stay here as long as possible.
