I had an issue with my number getting lost & was told there was no way to retrieve it & Greg over at Verizon Store Trumbull Center went above & beyond for me & worked 2 days to get my number back. He is am absolute GENIUS! He thought outside the box & found a way to restore my number to my service! I am forever grateful to Greg for his efforts! He was not only Super Smart but he was so pleasant & kind & patient. I was freaking out about losing my business number & he was calm & said he would do everything he knew how to do to keep me happy. Thanks to Greg a million times for giving me GREAT customer service! I highly recommend him.

This store is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and caring about their customers. Stopped by to do some research on iphones for upgrade. Saw quickly, thanks to Danielle, it was the perfect time and place to complete the research and make the upgrade purchases we needed right then. Danielle knew the product and what to avoid and want. She also knew the best deals so that we beat every other deal we had researched before the purchase. They took care of the entire data transfer from old and new phones and took care of getting our old phones back to Verizon. Highly recommend this particular Verizon store over all others. Don't forget to ask for Danielle. Worth it.
